I invented the concept of using a liquid pipe thaw internally to thaw a frozen pipe.  I called it "Liqui-Fire Pipe Thaw" and grew this sect of industry.  No one else believed there was a need for such a product at the time, not even northern retailers.  I met with various Canadian government offices and was told everything was good and there was nothing more that needed to be done.  These government offices wished me well at the end of our meetings.

So is what happened when corporate Canada broke the law:

1-I was given 6 days notice to vacate after many years of leasing my offices and plant location.  (the building owner is a member of the builders association)  Influence or coincidence?

2-although never before, my network of computers has been repeatedly hacked.  (all these corporate goliaths have incredible computer tech departments)  Influence or coincidence?

3-my cell phone was hacked.    Influence or coincidence?

4-an alleged stolen Home Hardware truck was found in front of my residence.    Influence or coincidence?

5-my vehicle was stolen and the police found no evidence of it.  Influence or coincidence?

6-a custom made one of a kind stainless steel bottling machine was stolen.  Influence or coincidence?

7-new computers were less than 2 days old and were hacked.  Influence or coincidence?

8-only one case of pipe thaw during the coldest 2 week period of the winter as the lowest ever temperature was recorded in Edmonton Alberta.  Influence or coincidence?

9-during the height of the sale season my bank accounts were frozen by the government.  Influence or coincidence?

And the list continues to grow.  Influence or coincidence?

Was a product recall ordered?  If there was shouldn't I have been notified?

For years I faxed out thousands of retail stores in Canada each winter month.  My sales grew and grew and national accounts were established.  I paid the shipping and shipped thousands upon thousands of cases of Liqui-Fire to stores across Canada.  Even against the corrupt law breaking actions of those named below, my sales had once again began to grow.  Once again I faxed out every store in Canada just prior to the coldest month of the year this winter.  I expected my sales to be very good with the cold weather however this wasn't the case.  My son was hospitalized for the better part of the same week and left the hospital on the following Monday.  My office was manned during this time and has always had both computer answering systems for both fax and voice mail to take orders.  I was curious when only one case was sold during the coldest period this year as many consumers are calling to find where Liqui-Fire Pipe Thaw is available.

Here's what I discovered.

After faxing out thousands of retailers the faxes seen below, Recochem once again must have used it's power of influence.  I have only seen our Canadian government act faster than this when a State of War has been declared.  My business bank account has been frozen and this effectively and disgustingly shows our Canadian Pride is false and our Canadian Competition Act is bull!

Rechochem, Home Hardware Stores LLC. and Canadian Tire Stores LTD. jointly violated the law found in the Canadian Competition Act.  I put both products on the same flyer and told the truth which led to immediate action by Recochem.  Using it's influence with the Canadian Government, my bank account was immediately froze.  This effectively eliminates any chance of my selling product.  I have always paid the shipping for my customers so they receive FREE DELIVERY but this is impossible without access to my bank account.  I can't even take orders now from my website as PayPal is directly connected to my business bank account.  Apparently; it may take several months to resolve this issue, or at least be dragged on long enough that all winter sales will be lost.  Also: any entitlement to government money including welfare is denied until such a claim is settled unless the business is closed.  It was suggested that I would also have to take down this website before I was given any money to live.

Product Recall:     From past as well as current ongoing talks with various government business support agencies, it appears there are only 2 methods of a product recall but there are many reasons for issuing a recall.  The 1st is a voluntary manufacturer recall and the 2nd is when the government orders the manufacturer to recall a product.  ONLY the manufacturer holds a national press release using television, radio, and newspapers to alert as much of the public as soon as possible.  This provides national coverage from one source to address any recall.  This is the only effective method so that every consumer, retailer, distribution company, or national warehouse receives proper legitamate information.  Any recall is immediately found on the government website.

A national press release brings national attention to any problem by putting it on the WORLD STAGE.  In this case however; a national press release would draw unwanted attention to Canadian corruption.  Therefore other methods are being  implemented to force the collapse of yet another Canadian inventor.  Bear in mind that new products create new jobs eg: the television, the computer, GPS and thousands more.  Invention is good for every economy!
