February 13, 2007 The letter below was faxed to Home Hardware Stores Ltd. and it's attorney.
Page 1 of 2 Page 2 of 2 I made this reply to Home Hardware Stores Ltd. which clearly states my case and point. It addressed the practice of Home Hardware Stores Ltd. unauthorized use of my Liqui-Fire Pipe Thaw. Click Here to see this fax The pages 1 and 2 above show my calculated lifetime losses caused by its practice. It addressed the compensation sought from Home Hardware Stores Ltd. for the irreversible damages and loss of national major market share holder its practices caused. And it qualifies my actions for creating and using Happy Home. This letter returned no response from Home Hardware Stores Ltd. but one from its attorney. Home Hardware Stores Ltd. strongly disagree and still deny any wrong doing. Who'd have thought. In Conclusion: The attorney for Home Hardware Stores Ltd. issued a second letter to myself.
