Were the multiple repeated request for a video call for arranging a hit ?

On Monday October 9-2017, Kubinda Sahota had spoken with the first mortgage holder informing him that financing was guaranteed and was forthcoming.

On Thursday October 12-2017, I was locked out of my building.

They did not ask for a video call to view the property while I still had it.  I was only asked several times at the very end of the 5 months since financing began.  That is when they knew they were about to be exposed to the FSCO.  Did these two business killers act alone or with Royal LePage + Cross Canada Realty + Homelife Liberty Realty?  Read to find out more.

Hello you two, being Kubinda Sahota and Ramona (647) 625-6451

You both do not seem to be worried about the possible outcome of your jointly having committed FSCO Fraud.  If I were in your shoes I would have already have apologized profusely and done everything I could to guarantee financing was provided, even if I had to pay for it myself to avoid an FSCO court ordered outcome.

But that doesn't seem to matter much to either of you.

SO...

I have decided to re-post your webpages until such time as you have provided the financing that you both guaranteed 100 percent of various occasions over the past 5 months.

Once I have signed your promised 100 percent guaranteed financing then perhaps I will consider removing the webpages from public view.

It is a good thing that I am a patient man because neither of you seem to act with any affirmation on my behalf.

AND...

Now you can take all the time you want to provide me with the 100 percent guaranteed financing.

I will remove the webpage with the equivalent speed and affirmation.

To this date:

- neither of you have shown any remorse,

- neither of you have apologized for lying,

- neither of you have admitted to FSCO Violations and Fraud,

- neither of you have physically lost property nor lost contracts nor lost money, caused by your FSCO Violations and Fraud;

- neither of you care that you have cost me losses of contracts and money and possibly my loss of property.

- and neither of you will have lost your reputations or lost your licenses or lost your contracts or lost your money, IF you produce and conclude FINANCING worth SIGNING.

 

You both were sent a viable option; which is found at this link.  Alternative Option to probable alleged FSCO Violations and Fraud Charges

 

* That option was offered so that neither you, Kubinda Sahota nor Ramona (647) 625-6451; would have to face the probable alleged FSCO Violations and Fraud Charges.

* That options is the only options that could prevent that could prevent you two from facing the probable alleged FSCO Violations and Fraud Charges.

* That option is the only option that could prevent a law suit for Compensatory Damages.

* That option is the only option that could prevent a law suit for Punitive Damages.

* That option is the only option that can show me you sincerely regret your FSCO violations and Fraud and are willing to repair the damages you have caused to my business and my family.

 

Kubinda Sahota; keep enjoying your cottage and finding peace in having your children's home registered in your name: and you Ramona (647) 625-6451; you should continue to enjoy your many trips per year out of the country; because, if the FSCO investigate your FSCO Violations and alleged Fraud, then all of that immediately ends.

I believe what the FSCO said when they said they would have no trouble finding multiple violations for charges.

 

I do not want any calls or email or text filled with excuses from either of you, Kubinda Sahota nor Ramona (647) 625-6451.  Five months have come and gone and yet neither of you have produced the 100 percent guaranteed financing documents worth signing, that was repeatedly promised.

I want financing documents worth signing this week.
