My Opinion

Well if someone had told me of these events happening to them or happening to someone in Canada I would have thought they were full of it. Some Home Hardware Store Owners support my cause and carry my product by their own free choice while others take Head Office word as if they owned the store. I think the Recochem deals are causing a division of unity as well as problems for a few inside negotiators in various companies. Here's an email from one of the Home Hardware Stores Owners. It clearly proves that this store owner thinks it's fine for Home Hardware Stores to break the law while at the same time suggesting that my informing you the consumer about it shows what kind of person I am. You decide if you'd like to shop at your Home Hardware Store. Home Hardware Store Owner's email. I introduced the saying, "Hell is close to Home" and Home Hardware changed its theme song. By the way... if you think that Home Hardware Store Owners own Home Hardware Stores Ltd. you are wrong. Any store owner wouldn't join it's competitor to help them get lower cost of goods in their warehouse while losing money having to price match that same competitor at the retail level. Here's a link that shows how independent Home Hardware Stores really are. I'm guessing each store owner share would be worth a quarter to half a billion if it were true. I was told by reliable sources (A Home Hardware Store Owner) that store owners only get out their initial investment plus interest. He also stated that store owners have absolutely no control nor say in direction of Home Hardware Stores Ltd. nor any of it's operations. Now that's ownership. The truth is found here in 1984. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rona_(company) Home Hardware buyer Steve Somersford lies so well it's as though he has done it everyday of his life. An arrogant ass in my opinion. Steve was in charge. Steve told me that a lot of companies had great successes once they became a vendor/supplier to Home Hardware. My sales initial sales to Home Hardware Stores dropped off by more than 50 percent the first year my product was in the warehouse but it didn't take me long to turn that around with my business savy. Read how Home Hardware Stores Ltd. whines about "Predatory Big Box Competitors." Home Hardware Stores Ltd. doesn't compete, they intentionally break the law to destroy Canadian small business and the competition. www.nsnews.com/issues00/w052200/05170001.html I drove my sales back up without any help from the mighty Home Hardware. I remember calling in one February to ask Steve if he required another shipment. Some guy named Schwartzentruber was now in charge of my product for some reason and he handled the call. He told me Home Hardware had enough in the warehouse for at least a couple of years. Home Hardware requested and received 2 or 3 more orders of Liqui-Fire Liquid Pipe Thaw before a week or two had passed. The next winter I saw Home Hardware's public HomeInfo Computer system stating that my product was no longer available. Home Hardware had falsely inflated the price of my product though by a couple of bucks. It was still on HomeInfo and was being used to direct my sales away from my business and direct them to another company called Recochem (a global company). Recochem is an associate partner with Home Hardware Stores and others in the C.C.S.P.A. and other organizations. Ray Gabel knew all about it and Steve told me several lies over that one. The "Hell is close to Home" had started. First stores that had annual repeat orders for Liqui-Fire Liquid Pipe Thaw wouldn't take it. My calculated losses caused by Home Hardware deliberately breaking several competition act laws was $10.7 million dollars and I know Home Hardware did some influence peddling also. Home Hardware influenced other stores through their buying conglomerate and other companies now wouldn't take my product. Some Canadian Tire stores and lots of Tru-Serv Stores and it's warehouse had taken it for years. Most were direct sales. My cell phone would receive calls from numbers that either didn't exist or were not in service. Oh and get this ... A friend and I were out together. I had my cell phone in its case as usual. Her cell phone began to ring but she didn't answer it in time. She checked the incoming call log to see that the caller ID said it was my cell phone that called. I keep it in a protective case! I've had problem free computers for years. But now, viruses and key loggers and data miners started appearing on my computer network and laptop. When I received an email from Home Hardware Stores my laptop lost it's touch pad feature. Another time it lost the ability to cut and paste. And still another time it just lost the ability to connect to the internet. I received lots of strange email and telephone calls and some even identified themselves as being Home Hardware Store Owners. The weird thing is that one Home Hardware Store Owner called 4 different times, but each time he left the exact same message. It was several sentences long. Even the breathing was the exact same as we played each message several times since it the calls were answered by the answering system. Another Home Hardware Store Owner pretended to be concerned in his email. Guess what? My laptop had problems again. There's lots more but I don't want to waste your time. I spoke to one politician and sent every politician in Canada an email. The only advice I was given was off the record. I was told just to drop it as I really didn't want to go there. And just so Home Hardware Stores Ltd. understands what they have just read I will write this. Everything that I have written is my opinion based on fact and other information as displayed on my website or office files and faxes. I know Home Hardware Stores Ltd. is not a company of integrity. I have proven here Home Hardware Stores Ltd. breaks the law for profit. Are they behind the search results on Yahoo for Liquid Pipe Thaw? A further attempt to fry anyone's computer who looks for pipe thaw? The search info states, Liquid Pipe Thaw an Instigator, and Chabrillane of Lagron? We all know that is about assassination or murder. They are both the same. Cunning and premeditated. 1 - 10 of about 389,000 for Liquid Pipe Thaw (About this page) - 0.02 sec. LIQUID PIPE THAW ... pipe thaw, ... liquid pipe thaw How soon Lafayette who had this snapped Chabrillane of Lagron ... something that and liquid pipe thaw in actually an instigator. ... usuarios.lycos.es/ochagos/orval/liquid-pipe-thaw.html - 25k - Cached "Oh Canada" Home Hardware Store Owners; click here And that's Home Hardware Stores LTD. ( AKA ... Alliance/Rona? ... also AKA ... Alliance International LLC ) looking out for your stores best interest. It seems most of you chose to order direct from Woodsmans International and I thank you. This sends a clear message to your head office that they are to do their best for you. It also sends a clear message to Recochem that the marketplace won't tolerate this. If you are curious as to how much of an issue this is to online consumers try the following. Many online shoppers search online for the store of choice followed by a comma then the name or category of interest. E.G. "Canadian Tire Stores" , hardware. Try searching Yahoo Canada for that. Now try it with your store banner in quotation marks. (quotation marks eliminates results that don't have the exact name) then the comma which gives the user the next field of interest to be searched. Now you can see that it's becoming a bigger issue than even Recochem thought it would be. And it comes up when you search "Tru-Value, hardware" as well as many many others. I guess the Canadian Tire investors aren't too happy about it either. Most Canadians believe corporations offer deals and royalties but I guess Recochem is only interested in it's bottom line and not those store owners that carry it's products. Products like windshield washer fluid, brake fluid, camp fuels, STP Oil and Gas Additives, ArmorAll Car Care Products and many other products made by Recochem. So there you have it. Recochem doesn't care about your store nor business ethics. Your head office? Well I'll leave that decision up to you. |
