April 10, 2006 Although Home Hardware Stores Ltd. was told verbally to to stop using my property, Liqui-Fire Pipe Thaw to redirect sales to an associate corporate member's knock-off product, my request was ignored. Home Hardware Stores Ltd. told me the practice was both legal and ethical. The fax copy below is just one of the attempts to get Home Hardware Stores Ltd. to stop using my property. All request have been ignored and Home Hardware Stores Ltd. still continue this practice to date. I wonder how many other inventors and small businesses this is being done to? Recochem is the associate corporate member of the C.C.S.P.A. (Canadian Consumers Specialty Products Association). It happens that Home Hardware Stores Ltd. is also a corporate associate member of this organization.
