February 21, 2007 The fax below was then sent to several fax numbers at Home Hardware Stores Ltd. that I had received or faxed over the years. I know they work!
Page 1 of 2 Page 2 of 2 February 21 February 22 Both of these were faxed to Home Hardware Stores Ltd. and its attorney on February 23, 2007 I received no further communication after this point from either Home Hardware Stores Ltd. directly or from its attorney. My opinion on it is that there was hope that I would just suck it up and forget about it. To myself, it seemed as though honour was no longer a part of the Corporate Head. Possibly Home Hardware Stores Ltd. needs to be reacquainted with its founders beliefs again to fix this. That's my opinion. BUT... The words that Home Hardware Stores Ltd. and its attorney had said, kept ringing in my head over and over again. It kept me up and consumed my every thought. Home Hardware Stores Ltd. stated, "It's legal?" and its lawyer suggested that I was blackmailing Home Hardware Stores Ltd.? This really blew me away. And to think that I was asked by Home Hardware Stores Ltd. attorney why would I wanted to harm Home Hardware Stores Ltd. reputation and public image? Unbelievable! How could it be so ethical and legal, and I was supposedly the evil guy trying to harm this mighty Goliath corporation when they were still using my product to redirect my sales and my product interest to one of its associate corporate members in the C.C.S.P.A.? So I sent them this next fax and have planned for a press release on March 1,2007 as I was not entirely ready with my website for the press release to the media that I indicated in the first letter to Home Hardware Stores Ltd. Sorry but I will have to state again that this is my opinion as I did not perform any recording of the telephone call as that would be illegal without first notifying Home Hardware Stores Ltd. attorney and also obtaining his permission. However, as I am finding out real fast, the corporate Goliaths and those who represent them don't always seem to be ethical in my opinion. For the next stage and communication CLICK HERE
